STANDOUT Inc. is a two-person software company in Okayama, Japan. Our work is VATES. VATES is infrastructure a developer drops into their own product. One line of JavaScript gives you a chat widget. An HTTP API lets you wire it into a backend the way you would wire in Stripe or Twilio. There is also a standalone chat URL and a remote MCP server. Same foundation underneath all four. What comes back is grounded in your knowledge base, not in whatever the model happened to absorb during training. And it comes back in the language the person asked in — Japanese question, Japanese answer; Georgian question, Georgian answer — from a single knowledge base that stores no translations at all....
